Livit Spanish is an immersive Spanish language school based in Puebla, Mexico. And before you ask – yes, Puebla is one of the best decisions you can make when you choose to learn Spanish in Mexico. (Much better than choosing a school because it had the nicest Instagram page, which, let’s be honest, some of us have done.)

Livit Spanish runs new intakes every two weeks throughout the year, which gives you real flexibility in when you start. 

No waiting around for a September cohort like you’re back at university.

If you’re happy with a busier, more energetic atmosphere – more students, more conversation partners, more general buzz – then the first three months of the year, summer, and October are the most popular periods.

If you’d prefer something quieter and more intimate, the school recommends April, May, early June, late August, September, or November. 

Fewer students means even more personalised attention, which for many learners is actually the ideal setup. Sometimes less really is more.

One important note: the school closes during December, so plan your trip accordingly and don’t make my mistake of assuming everywhere is open over the holidays.
